Initial Consultation and Walkthrough

Meet on-site to review your space and project ideas.

Our initial consultation is the first step in turning your vision into reality. We’ll meet with you on-site to understand your goals, discuss your ideas, and answer any questions you have about the process.  This walk-through helps us get to know your project and ensure we are the right fit for your needs.

Feasibility & Design

Next, we move into the design phase. This is where your ideas start to take shape. Through thoughtful planning and collaboration, we turn your vision into a clear, buildable design that reflects your goals and your home’s character.

Permits, Contract & Begin Construction

Finalize the details and begin building.

Once the design and scope are defined, we handle the permitting process with your local building department. We gather and submit all required documents to ensure approvals are in place.

After permits are secured, we finalize the contract, outlining the full scope of work and next steps. Once everything is set, we break ground and begin building your project.

Construction & Project Management

Keep your project on track from start to finish.

We manage every phase of construction—coordinating trades, inspections, and timelines—while also rolling up our sleeves to handle hands-on work when needed. From framing to finishing, our team is directly involved to ensure quality at every step.

Final Walkthrough & Completion

As construction concludes, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We address any remaining items and make sure your new space is ready—whether fully finished or prepared for any final touches you would like to complete yourself.
