Team Positions

Laborer

Responsibilities & qualifications include, but are not limited to: 
  • Prepare & clear construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
  • Load/Unload materials to be used.
  • Build/dismantle bracing, scaffolding and temporary structures.
  • Running a variety of hand and power tools or tend to equipment and machines. 
  • Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or other workers. 
  • Aid carpenters in their tasks.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Often required to stand, use hands to hold tools, handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear. Occasionally, the work requires the employee to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Work safely near and around highway traffic and noisy operations. 
  • Ability to lift or carry 30-50 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Adhere to polite social etiquette rules and maintain a clean physical appearance.

Frame-to-Finish Carpenter

Responsibilities & qualifications include, but are not limited to:
  • 5+yrs of construction carpentry experience, including framing, envelop and trim installation.
  • Experience with residential remodeling and new build projects.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of buildings and other structures.
  • Ability to decipher building plans and knowledge of structural building codes.
  • A full selections of personal hand tools preferred, but not required.
  • High level of accuracy and pride in your craft.
  • Ability to keep accurate records & perform daily timekeeping, including electronic submittals.
  • Ability to lift or carry 30-50 lbs., and occasional up to 100 lbs.
  • Adhere to polite social etiquette rules and maintain a clean physical appearance.

Lead Carpenter / Site Supervisor

Responsibilities & qualifications include, but are not limited to:
  • 10+yrs of construction carpentry experience.
  • Approximately 5 years in an on-site project management role.
  • Experience managing high-end residential remodels and new build projects. 
  • Ability to decipher building plans and coordinate project schedules.
  • Supervise and adhere to safety and  building code requirements.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others. 
  • Well developed computer and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and pride in your craft. 
  • A full selection of personal hand tools preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift or carry 30-50 lbs., and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Adhere to polite social etiquette rules and maintain a clean physical appearance.
