First Avenue Homes recently completed a ~700 sq. ft. second-story addition to The Goodrich House, a historic 1898 Tudor Revival home in downtown Snohomish. Retrofitted to blend seamlessly with the original structure, we worked closely with Jon & Kate to design and build a timeless addition that honors the home’s 19th-century aesthetic.

2024 Completed Addition
Our Lynnwood Addition project transformed an existing rambler by adding 512 square feet of carefully designed space. The addition included relocating the primary bedroom and bathroom, as well as extending the kitchen into the new area. Collaborating closely with the clients, we focused on creating a layout that provided the much-needed space and functionality for their large family, while seamlessly blending with the original structure.
